The Ashtanga practice can seem daunting during pregnancy or the postpartum phase. I offer ways to navigate the practice so it can support moms physically, physiologically, and emotionally during pregnancy, childbirth & motherhood. We look at reshaping postures so that they are safe, nurturing, and feel good for mom and baby, and how to adapt the practice to make it sustainable and beneficial.
This practice is for pregnant & postpartum moms who already have an established practice, or for postpartum moms who are looking to build an Ashtanga practice.
Children are more than welcome to join in.
